Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance

Medical Insurance: Eligibility to participate in the group health insurance plan starting the first day of the month following 60 days of full-time employment. For the purpose of Medical Insurance, 30 hours per week on average is considered full-time employment. Please see attachment for details.
Vision and Dental insurance: Eligibility to participate in a group policy at the employee’s sole cost. Should you choose to participate in these plans, CRC will not financially subsidize your cost.

Scrubs: California Retina Consultants offers two sets of scrubs to all new hires.

Paid Vacation, Sick Days, and Holidays

Paid Vacation: Ten paid vacation days per year.
Paid Sick Days: Six paid sick days per year.
Holiday Pay: Paid holiday pay per the schedule in play for the year. For 2021 CRC recognizes eight paid holidays.
